CP fuel injection and race engineering is committed to excellent customer service and accepts returns. We believe that every customer of CP fuel injection and race engineering should be satisfied with the item(s) they ordered. If you do not find our item(s) up to standard, contact us within 30 days after you placed your order and we will resolve the issue. All return items(s) subject to the following conditions:
All items must be returned within 30 days of original purchase, they must have been directly purchased from CP fuel injection and race engineering, If you have purchased one of our products through a dealer you must contact them to return the item(s) as their return policy will apply.
If the item(s) is/are damaged or lost due to negligence, you lose the right to withdraw.
Please email: returns@cpfuelandrace.com to obtain a Return Number before posting / shipping your order(s). NO returns will be accepted without the Return Number, please include name, date of purchase, invoice number and reason for return.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
The item(s) must be unopened and not installed or used for testing. CP fuel injection and race engineering only sells new, unused items and as such we are unable to accept returns of used items.
All acceptable returns are subject to a 10% restocking charge. "Acceptable Returns" is defined as a product in new and unused condition with all of the packaging and paperwork.
Refunds will be issued in the same manner they were paid.
The same applies to incorrect/mistaken customer orders and if you want to change to another item(s) you must contact us first.
