Full payment must be received within 4 business days of order, the goods will only be dispatched once payments have be made.
Fuel injectors that have been sent in for testing/servicing must be paid within 4 business days or as discussed and will only be dispatched once payment has been made.
(International Customers) Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item(s) price or shipping cost, these charges are the customers responsibility.
The price for products on sale on this site are as UK prices. Delivery is an additional charge and you will be notified on completion of the order, where applicable. Items will not be shipped/dispatched until full payment is received, all card payments are processed by PayPal or Stripe Services.
You may cancel your order at any stage before the goods are shipped/dispatched to you, if the order is cancelled after items have been shipped/dispatched then we reserve the right to charge for any expenses incurred in the processing of your order.

Warranty/claim is valid for 12 months on all item(s) sold and is only available for the item(s), labour charges for fitment and any other out of pocket expenses are not covered. The warranty/claim does not cover damage to caused by the customer, alterations, mishandling, or improper installation. To the extent permitted by law, CP fuel injection and race engineering accepts no liability for any loss, damage or injury arising as a consequence of the advice or item(s) provided.
These terms and conditions and any contract between us shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the English Courts shall have jurisdiction over any disputes between us.
