SHIPPING POLICY

CP fuel injection and race engineering ships worldwide with the exception of a few countries and normally sends all our shipments via DHL. For shipments to countries not connected to DHL, we use alternative shipping companies.

• UK Domestic orders over £100 will receive free DHL shipping, any orders below this will be subject to shipping costs.
• All international order will be subject to shipping charges.
• All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
• We do not ship to PO Boxes.
• CP fuel injection and race engineering is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes).
• You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once your order has been dispatched which will contain your tracking number(s).
• CP fuel injection and race engineering is not liable for any item(s) damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. No item(s) should be returned to CP fuel injection and race engineering without prior arrangements.
• If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery, if there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you. 

• Please note: We cannot “guarantee” any delivery as instructed. All courier companies experience operational problems, but we will endeavor to keep our customers informed should there be any issue affecting a delivery.
